Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Store Manager in Chandler to drive retail operations, lead the Production Team and Donation Attendants, and partner with leadership to meet income and donation targets. The role emphasizes supervision, budgeting, customer service, and community engagement within multiple GCNA store locations.

The position requires two years of retail management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income, revenue, and production goals.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales targets.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Keeps stores clean and aligned with Goodwill branding.
• Partners with community organizations to promote the mission.
• Oversees training and development of Team Members.
• Supports store transfers to maximize area performance.
