Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales floor, drive daily operations, and meet store goals. You will supervise Retail Sales Associates, ensure excellent donor and customer service, and uphold store standards.

This role requires at least one year of retail management and strong communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and the ability to pass a background check. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor and achieve set sales goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Retail Sales Associates to high performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for donors and customers.
