Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC seeks a Dynamic Retail Store Manager in Mentor, OH. This full-time role leads daily store operations, drives sales, and ensures top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The RSM will hire, coach and manage staff, oversee service levels, inventory, and store compliance, while achieving monthly revenue targets and maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially site P&L management.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, greeting customers and assessing needs.
• Manages full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives revenue through acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example, exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security.
