TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager for the Shorewood, IL area. The RSM will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, driving sales and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead staffing, coaching, and performance management, ensuring store operations meet company standards while achieving revenue targets and maintaining outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment retail.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and provide world-class service.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing, performance, openings/closings, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue through new and existing customer accounts and upsell.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; hire and coach staff.
• Ensure store compliance with audits and security processes.
• Manage cash, credit cards and POS transactions.
