Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Lorain, OH is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead operations and drive sales in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage P&L, control store standards, and build lasting relationships with customers and the community while meeting monthly revenue goals.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to customer service excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management, especially P&L.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in retail.
• Full-time role with minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Strong problem solving, planning, decision making and coaching ability.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service with greeting customers and assessing needs.
• Oversees full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives revenue through new accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example, exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security.
• Manages cash, card payments and register operations.
• Maintains store appearance and back room to standards.
• Offers consultative sales and service on the floor.
