Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager for its Jersey-area locations. The RSM will ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team to meet and exceed store targets.

The role requires 45+ hours weekly, strong communication, and the ability to manage operations, inventory, and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in wireless retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management (site P&L).
• Basic computer skills (web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in retail.
• Full-time role working minimum 45 hours per week.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers in-store.
• Manage full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue through acquiring new customers and increasing existing accounts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and manage staff performance.
• Ensure store compliance with audits and security procedures.
• Handle cash, credit, and payment media; manage registers.
• Maintain store appearance and back room; support activations and upgrades.
