TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives while ensuring operational excellence and achieving company sales goals.

This role requires strong leadership and a track record of driving sales, service, and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Manage store revenue, cash-handling, and financial accountability.
• Create schedules and ensure staffing coverage across operating hours.
• Ensure safety, compliance with Verizon and Team Wireless requirements.
