Job summary

TCC Wireless is hiring a Full-Time Retail Store Manager (RSM) in Baxter, MN. The role connects customers with the T-Mobile brand and leads a fast-paced environment focused on delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets.

You will supervise staff, manage P&L, and ensure smooth store operations while building lasting customer relationships and representing the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 45 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Lead by example and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
• Ensure store compliance with audits, cash handling and security policies.
• Maintain store appearance and back room in line with standards.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Translate business initiatives into clear, actionable team goals.
