Job summary

Team Wireless, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and drive customer excellence. You will recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives while ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives and coach performance.
• Drive store sales and profitability through company initiatives and strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and compliance with policies.
