Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive sales, manage staff performance, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

The role requires 2+ years in wireless retail, strong leadership, and the ability to meet revenue targets while maintaining store standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail (T-Mobile or similar).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Full-time role, minimum 45 hours per week.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers in-store.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
• Manage store inventory, shipments, returns, and product demos.
• Ensure compliance with audits, security, and cash/credit handling.
