Job summary

Exclusive Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Ohio to work with the Store Manager to create a high-performing sales environment and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide and coach the sales floor team while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication with management, and availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.
