Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Mentor, OH seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy T-Mobile store. You will connect customers with the brand, deliver top-tier service and help meet sales targets through new accounts and upgrades.

The RAM will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits, keep the store clean, and coach staff on policy, upsells, and customer care while achieving performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail and/or sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs in-store and over the phone.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customer accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with employees and customers across channels.
• Open/close the store and manage cash handling, inventory, and deposits per standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist customers with activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
