CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT), a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program provides self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop you as a leader.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach, while you master customer service, merchandising, inventory management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience encouraged.
