Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) position designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The SMIT program provides 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with a leadership team including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to develop management skills and prepare for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to lead the team.
• Deliver customer care to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Promotion opportunities within market after program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training toward Store Manager.
• Engage with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Support store operations as a management team member during the program.
• Be willing to transfer/promotion to Store Manager roles in the designated market.
