CVS Health Corporation is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks with a mix of self-paced, collaborative training and hands-on experiences, supported by a district leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

The role is full-time with a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Provide high levels of customer care.
• Implement merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to protect profitability.
