CVS Health in the United States is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. It combines self-paced and collaborative training over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

Participants work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build leadership capabilities while aligning with CVS values and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive team performance.
• Support promotion and growth within the market.
• Lead in merchandising and customer service excellence.
• Oversee store inventory and asset management to maintain profitability.
