Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and daily store performance in Kahului, HI.

You will manage product flow, visualize merchandise, and optimize inventory while upholding Lids standards and safety policies. A hands-on leader with strong communication skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills with ability to train and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver great customer service.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance with policies and budgets.
• Oversee product receiving, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Maintain store conditions, visual merchandising, and layout.
• Drive weekly markdowns, pricing, and promotions.
