Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with company standards.

As a leader in an active retail environment, you will optimize store performance, manage inventory, scheduling, and visual merchandising, and partner with district leadership to meet KPIs and deliver a winning customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail supervisory roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training/business meetings.
