Lids is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Honolulu to lead the front-line team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to implement training, shift coverage, and brand standards while fostering a fun and inclusive environment.

As a cap expert, you will oversee daily operations, manage registers and inventory, and coach teammates to meet KPIs. This dynamic retail role offers growth within a brand that values teamwork and guest experience.

Qualificações

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and align with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory safeguards, and store security control.
