This role emphasizes leadership, training, scheduling, and a strong focus on KPIs, while delivering a top-notch customer experience and maintaining Store Manager support.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.

• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store technology and equipment and perform daily audits.
• Protect company assets and manage store inventory counts.
• Open and close the store according to SOP.
