Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store inventory and perform price changes and product counts.
