Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lahaina, HI to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Store Manager, coordinate scheduling, and oversee in-store events and promotions, with a focus on teamwork, inclusivity, and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience acting as Manager on duty or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to recruit and train store personnel on procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.

Aufgaben

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates, set goals, and provide regular follow up.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards, including inventory protection.
• Lead selling strategy to hit KPIs, revenue targets, and customer service goals.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
