Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive customer service excellence at our retail location. You’ll mentor team members, oversee scheduling, training, and engagement, and help achieve sales targets while upholding brand standards.

In this role, you’ll manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store processes, ensuring a positive, inclusive environment and consistent adherence to company policies and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while minimizing loss.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates using training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily till reconciliation.
• Execute merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness per guidelines.
• Support inventory control and backroom organization.
