Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a store leader to guide customer service for retail and professional customers, oversee staff performance, and support hiring and coaching. You will ensure efficient processing of returns, transfers, and invoicing while maintaining policy compliance and strong daily operations.

As a part of the team, you will work with management on staffing during peak hours and drive continuous improvement in service and store performance. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and sales programs in the showroom.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and staff coaching/mentoring.
• Ensure returns, transfers, invoicing, and related procedures are followed efficiently.
