Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, interviewing, process efficiency, and ensuring accurate invoicing and returns while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training.
• Must have Assistant Manager Certification.
• Must have RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Ensure adequate staffing at the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Assist the store manager with goal setting, coaching, and ensuring team training is up to date.
• Assist in recruiting tasks: interviewing, candidate evaluation, and collaboration with management.
