O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Lead to guide a team in delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers. You will supervise showroom service, drive program execution, and ensure proper staffing during peak hours.

You will assist in coaching, training, and hiring while maintaining timely communication with customers regarding orders, returns, and transfers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure staff execute sales programs.
• Staff the sales counter during peak hours and monitor performance and training.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure phone coverage per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders efficiently.
