Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store team leader to drive exceptional customer service for retail and professional customers. You will supervise showroom staff, support the store manager with hiring, coaching, and goal setting, and ensure timely processing of orders, returns, and inventory tasks.

You will foster adherence to training programs and store policies, including safety and security procedures, while promoting a positive customer experience across peak hours and seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure staff adherence to programs like Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, interviewing, coaching, and setting team goals.
• Ensure calls and orders are processed promptly and communicate shipment arrivals to customers as needed.
