Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise daily operations, train staff, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and store appearance.

In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and contribute to achieving KPIs, controlling shrink, and ensuring a welcoming, high-performance store culture.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience scheduling and managing daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and develop store associates through LIDS training programs and goal setting.
• Enforce company policies, discipline steps, and proper store operations.
• Ensure visual merchandising, pricing, and backroom organization meet standards.
• Support cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store opening/closing procedures.
