Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates using LIDS training programs and set sales tasks.
• Maintain store operations by following policies, procedures, and daily routines.
• Support staffing, recruiting, training, and adherence to company dress code and standards.
• Ensure visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness meet guidelines.
• Oversee cash handling, till opening/closing, and bank deposits.
• Assist in inventory counts, product counts, and backroom organization.
