Cumberland Farms seeks a dynamic Manager In Training to learn store leadership at our 24/7 convenience locations. You’ll train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, supporting a Store Manager and team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

With 1 year of retail or food experience and a strong customer-service mindset, you’ll grow into bench leadership across our 1500+ sites nationwide. A ServSafe certification is a plus; a high-energy, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or food service.
• Preferred 1 year in leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Manage stock and keep shelves full.
• Oversee quality control and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
