Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Manager In Training to learn how to run a Cumberland Farms convenience store, working closely with Training Managers and a Supervising Manager across multiple shifts.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience while supporting a store team and ensuring guest satisfaction. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year in retail or food service leadership, a High School diploma or GED, and a ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support Store Manager as needed.
