Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to advance to Store Manager while gaining hands-on leadership across a busy convenience store network.

You will learn day-to-day operations, guest service, and team-building from senior leaders; expect varied shifts and a focus on coaching, scheduling, and performance. The program emphasizes growth across Cumberland Farms’ 1500+ sites in the United States, with training weeks alongside managers and supervisory weeks to practice

Formación

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Education:
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations that offer hot food
• Maintain overall store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee station, food service area and bathrooms
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner
• Assist the Store Manager in locations with hot food by overseeing quality control, merchandising and safety programs
