Job summary

IT’SUGAR, a rapidly expanding candy retailer, is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, sales, and visual standards. The role involves leading daily tasks, staffing, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a high-energy environment.

You will manage daily store activities, coach associates, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily sales and back-of-house operations and ensures sales objectives are met.
• Holds staff accountable to core values and coaches behaviors.
• Makes staffing decisions including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Follows the customer engagement model to welcome, engage, entertain and thank customers.
• Oversees store operations, pricing, signage, replenishment, and inventory integrity.
