IT'SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations and drive sales while upholding our brand standards. The role emphasizes engaging customers with humor and energy, coaching staff, and maintaining visual merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to flex schedules including weekends. Experience with POS systems and loss prevention is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to improve performance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company guidelines.
• Recruit and backfill staff as needed.
• Maintain merchandising and inventory levels per guidelines.
• Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales.
