Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Supervisor to join our team. You will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. This role acts as a shift leader and supports the Store Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading the sales floor, coaching staff, ensuring safety, and achieving sales goals while maintaining brand standards and a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and meet sales objectives.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to foster a productive work environment.
• Maintain store visuals and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Run POS operations and cash-out customers.
