Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and coach sales associates.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales, back-of-house ops, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Associates to meet KPIs and maintain brand standards.
• Staffing decisions including hiring, training, and discipline.
• Ensure adherence to safety, visual guidelines, and LP policies.
• Execute promotions and events to drive sales.
