Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in operating a POS/cash register and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operations and ensures sales objectives are met.
• Coaches and trains Sales Associates to foster a productive work environment.
• Manages customer engagement using the SUGARTAINMENT model.
• Maintains store cleanliness, visual standards, and proper cash handling.
• Plans and executes events and promotions to drive sales.
