Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure a high-energy, engaging customer experience. You’ll oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and visual standards while promoting the brand’s fun culture.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail with 1 year in a supervisory capacity, flexibility for various shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position offers growth into management within IT’SUGAR.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales objectives are met.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to maintain brand standards.
• Drive customer engagement through the SUGARTAINMENT model and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
• Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate cash handling records.
• Coordinate events and promotions to boost sales and store visibility.
