Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, sales, and visual standards to ensure effective implementation of retail programs and overall store success. You will lead daily store tasks, manage staff performance, coach Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the SUGARTAINMENT engagement model while hitting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily sales and back of house operation and ensures sales objectives are met.
• Evaluates daily operations on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Fosters a productive work environment through coaching, training and engagement of Sales Associates.
• Promotes safety and adherence to company guidelines by staff and customers.
• Maintains store visual standards and executes store promotions and events.
