Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a Leader On Duty to manage daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. You will oversee cash handling, merchandising, and customer interactions to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work 32-40 hours a week.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the store and ensures that sales objectives are met.
• Evaluates daily operations and recommends actions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Coaches and trains Sales Associates to maintain a positive, brand-proud environment.
• Promotes safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Partners with store manager to identify challenges and present solutions.
• Follow the customer engagement model to welcome, engage, entertain and thank customers.
