Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun, dynamic Retail Store Manager in Bloomington to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our brand standards. You will lead staff, manage visual merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced candy retail environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, a flexible schedule, and strong POS skills. Competitive benefits and a vibrant team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; lift up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and back-of-house operations to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and develop Associates to achieve core values and performance goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train store staff; manage staffing decisions.
• Support store operations, pricing, signage, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and brand visual standards.
• Drive a collaborative selling culture and customer engagement.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store opening/closing procedures.
