IT’SUGAR in Farmington, UT is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and maintain visual standards. You will lead staff, train associates, and ensure promotions align with brand standards.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, monitoring performance, executing loss prevention, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flexible schedule required; a passion for candy retail and high energy is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily sales and back-of-house operations, ensuring objectives are met.
• Leads staffing decisions, coaching, and engagement of sales associates.
• Maintains store visuals and adheres to brand standards.
• Executes customer engagement model to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures store safety, cash handling, and loss prevention practices.
