Cumberland Farms, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a high-energy retail leader for the Manager in Training program. You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong team, and deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience across daily operations.

The role offers structured training, progression opportunities across our 1500+ sites, a full-time schedule with varied hours, and benefits including medical, 401K, and discounts. Prior retail or food-service leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and keep product levels full for 100% in-stock reliability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and oversee coffee/food service areas and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food service operations as needed.
