Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Worcester, MA is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to help run a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team, train and coach staff, and ensure excellent guest service across all shifts.

This role offers broad growth opportunities within our nationwide network. Expect a hands-on program with rotation through leadership responsibilities, a structured training plan, and a chance to advance to a store leadership position.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-stock guest experience.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and help different teams by delegating tasks as needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food service operation where present.
