Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training. You will support the Store Manager, train and coach team members, and ensure top-tier guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll rotate through training with managers, learn about store operations, merchandising, and food service. This role offers growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ network and a chance to become part of our bench leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock 100% in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including coffee and food service stations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support food service operations and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
