Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Stores Manager-in-Training to learn day-to-day operations and guest service excellence. You will train with senior managers, cover shifts, and rotate through roles to understand store performance, product placement, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in retail/guest service is a plus.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a bonus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team (training, scheduling, coaching).
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and out, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions.
