Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking motivated Managers In Training to learn daily store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with Training Managers and Supervising Managers to understand guest service, inventory, and food safety standards.

During training, you will rotate through shifts and learn from senior leaders, with a path to join the bench leadership team and assume responsibility across locations as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support to ensure smooth store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
