Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring a Store Manager to oversee all operations of a retail location, drive customer engagement, and ensure business performance. You will lead staffing, training, and coaching, while owning marketing, loss prevention, and labor management to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail management and sales leadership experience, with the ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team development and coaching to improve customer interactions and ensure training adherence.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance experience and align with brand expectations.
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and store programs to support operational excellence and implement initiatives.
• Handle other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
