Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience and knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of direct supervision of a diverse team with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store ensuring SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Deliver sales, profit plans and KPIs aligned with annual objectives.
• Hire, train, observe, coach and develop team members, and manage performance when needed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and maintain cross-training across departments.
