Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations in line with SOPs and company programs.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in support of annual objectives.
• Hire, train, observe and coach team members to achieve results.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure proper workload planning.
• Own shrink control, safety programs and policy compliance.
• Cross-train managers in framing, production, and other key areas.
